I never had the chance to hold him while he was alive but when the NICU nurse handed him to me to say my goodbye's I can remember the beautiful crocheted blanket and outfit they dressed him in and whenever I feel the need I get the blanket out and hold it close to me...Its the last thing that held my son so it is priceless to me.
